A perfect introduction to Taupo this helicopter flight is approximately 10 minutes flying time but covers a lot of the town’s top sight. As we lift off from our base, you will be greeted by stunning views of the crystal-clear waters of Lake Taupo before we track over the town and to the thunderous Huka Falls. The flight then takes in the thermal wonders of Wairakei, the thermal bore fields and Craters of the Moons before heading over Acacia Bay settlement and sweeping the Taupo Lakefront as we head home.
Cancellation Policy
Chopper Worx values our customers' satisfaction and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while also managing the operational aspects of our tours. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation occurs within 24 to 48 hours, a partial refund may be issued, taking into account any unrecoverable costs incurred. Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable. We recognise that certain situations may warrant exceptions, such as emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, and we encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team in such cases. Weather-related cancellations are subject to a full refund or rescheduling options. We strive to accommodate our customers' needs while ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our helicopter tours.
